Book Appointment

The fastest way to book and confirm an appointment is to phone or stop by during office hours. You may also submit a booking request by e-mail or text. E-mail and text appointment requests are generally reviewed twice daily at 10:00am and 1:00pm. You will be contacted via telephone once your request has been reviewed.
